I was born in Calgary a long time ago.  High school in the USA.  Urban planner, lawyer.  I worked in Bermuda and Mauritius and Edmonton. 

Best job I ever had: Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.  I liked teaching occasionally. My spouse Kim works in Edmonton.  

Two healthy, happy, grown up children: James in Edmonton, Samantha in London.  I tend to be a loner and an introvert. 

Bailey the Dog is changing that somewhat.  I like photography. I try to paint.  I read sci-fi and fantasy mostly.
