Peter Treuheit, MAIBC, Dipl.Tech has been the project architect for four completed cohousing communities in Western Canada (including Harbourside cohousing in Sooke).

Peter has made the journey from carpenter to building inspector, from technologist to teacher, and finally, from registered Architect to the sole proprietor of Mobius Architecture. At each crossroads he has chosen the path of personal and professional growth.

He is dedicated to the alchemy of architecture, the practice of transforming a program and a vision into a built environment.

McElhanney specializes in value-added land development services, including community planning, public processes, subdivision design, development feasibility assessments, transportation planning and analysis, infrastructure planning and studies and functional and detailed design of municipal infrastructure, including roads, sanitary sewer, water, drainage and utilities.
